Celebrate Garth Fagan Dance’s 50th anniversary with a rousing, provocative, and nourishing collaborating with your RPO. Garth Fagan Dance and RPO Principal Pops Conductor Jeff Tyzik join forces to inspire and excite audiences with movement and music from our organizations’ rich histories. Garth Fagan’s eclectic repertoire meets the RPO’s musical prowess to showcase an expansive breadth of music. Selections include Fagan’s “Oatka Trail” set to Dvorak; “Dance Collage for Romie” with music by Jelly Roll Morton; and “Mudan 175/39” with musical selections by Lei Liang – hailed by The New York Times as “…quite possibly one of the finest works Mr. Fagan has created.”
